* Many of our significant value cases were settled under terms of confidentiality
Over the past 38 years, Attorney Gaston has tried more than 100 jury cases to success. A successful verdict is one in which a jury verdict equals or exceeds the dollar amount that the client would have accepted to settle the case. A loss is a verdict below that amount. In other words, even if the verdict exceeded the offer, if the verdict does not rise to the dollar value for which the plaintiff would have settled the claim, the result is considered a loss. Again, it should be noted that the vast majority of cases are settled prior to trial. The success record also demonstrates the selectivity of cases the office chooses to pursue for clients. When we say we represent Real People with Real Injuries, we mean it.
